Find out about our summer program, meet members of our team and hear more about Cajal Academy’s unique approach to education year round!

Our summer program gives students the opportunity to experience Cajal Academy’s unique approach to learning, while working with our expert team of teachers and therapists — just in a shortened day and with more field work trips into the community!

Here are some of the things that make our program unique:

  • Learn standards-based curriculum, tailored for their unique learning profiles

  • Collaborate with one another to solve real world problems

  • Learn how to optimize connections between “how we’re wired” and our learning and social-emotional outcomes

  • Learn about their unique profiles, and strategies they can use to self-monitor, self-manage and self-advocate for their needs

  • Learn project-management and self-regulation skills they can use to thrive independently in college and beyond

  • Join a diverse community of bright and intellectually-gifted kids

About our Students:

Cajal Academy is an innovative school for bright and gifted students with strong analytical reasoning and/or creative thinking skills. Our multi-disciplinary team of licensed therapists redesigned education based on the science of how kids learn, socialize and grow, with embedded expertise for learning, social-emotional, physio and chronic medical conditions. We support a wide range of student needs, including ADHD/ADD, dyspraxia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, dyslexia, sensory processing disorder, social challenges, ASD, anxiety, depression, and kinesthetic learners. We also offer first-of-its-kind programming for students with complex medical conditions, including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and other connective tissue disorders, POTS, mast cell activation syndrome and other musculoskeletal, neurological and/or immunological conditions.

Students are welcome to attend. Please RSVP below to let us know that you’re coming—we look forward to meeting you!

Have questions about our fall enrollment or immediate placements for our academic year programs? We’ll cover that too — please make sure to introduce yourself to a member of the team and let them know that you’d like to find out more about it!
