Cajal Recognized as 2e Education Innovator
We are proud to share that Cajal has been recognized by the 2e Action Research Institute (ARI) for our work creating new, practice-based programs for twice exceptional kids, in areas where no research-based programs or approaches have previously existed.
The 2e Action Research Institute is a part of The Association for the Gifted Division of the Council for Exceptional Children’s (CEC-TAG) annual national conference, which is held in conjunction with Cleveland State's Gifted and Twice-Exceptional Programs. Cheryl has served on a task force with other Heads of Schools from 2e programs nationwide to develop Cleveland State's curriculum for the first online masters and PhD program for 2e educators throughout this school year, and have been pleased to see how excited the field is by our work, which we have been invited to share at this national conference this fall.
It's exciting to see our innovations, and the fruits of our team's hard work, recognized!
